Telephone Advice for Your Child

Calls During Office Hours

Parents are encouraged to call during normal office hours with routine questions. The office staff is trained to answer most non-clinical questions and our biller is available in the office for billing inquiries.

For medical questions or problems, the staff will convey the message to the physician and/or the nurse working that day.  Please keep in mind when leaving messages during office hours that the physician's priority is with the patients that are in the office. Thus, your call may not be returned until after the physician finishes seeing our priority patients in the office.

Please be sure to let the staff know if your situation is an emergency and requires an immediate call back.
